A table stating how many units to sample from a lot and how many defects reject it. Warehouse QC sits on this table between “open everything” and “look at nothing”.

Making the wrong action physically or systematically impossible: rejecting a wrong barcode, not opening a door on a weight miss. A warning is not a lock.

Goods leaving the allowed temperature range. Duration and peak value are recorded; stock is not released until quality decides.
