Editorial and Evaluation Policy

WMSTurkiye brings together sources, field experience and our team's views to help readers choose a warehouse management system (WMS). The editorial team and platform administrators select topics, set the directory's scope and choose which solutions to cover in editorial content. These choices do not claim to cover the entire market or give every product equal visibility. Our approach to evaluation and the finder's methodology are explained below. Last updated: 24 September 2026.

1. Editorial views and finder results

Guides and analysis include our team's experience, interpretation and evaluation priorities alongside the stated sources. Editorial selections are identified as such. An editorial selection does not mean every product has been tested under the same conditions or that the selected product is right for everyone.

The WMS Finder matches published profiles against your requirements, orders results by the number of source-confirmed requirements and breaks ties alphabetically. Editorial views do not add points to these matches. Fees, sponsorships or commercial relationships do not change organic finder order or match percentages. Details: how the WMS Finder matches and directory publication decisions below.

2. Sponsored content is always labelled

Sponsored areas are visibly marked “Sponsor”, and their links are declared to search engines as sponsored. Sponsorship does not cover publication decisions, product facts or organic finder order. Campaigns meeting the compatibility threshold may appear in a separate “Sponsored” section. A credit balance cannot make an unsuitable product compatible. Sponsors have no say over our content, analysis or directory entries.

Sponsored placements run in cycles and the companies shown change over time, so we do not keep a list of names here. You always see who it is in the placement itself: the sponsor's name, the “Sponsor” label and the link sit together where it is shown.

What the sponsor does is stated in the same place. If a sponsor is a WMS vendor, we say so plainly; its place in the directory, the organic finder order and its profile data stay independent of the sponsorship. Sponsorship enquiries: info@wmsturkiye.com.

3. Data sources and status labels

Every solution profile in the directory and the finder carries a label showing where the information comes from:

  • WMSTurkiye research: compiled from the vendor's official public sources; not vendor-confirmed. The source URL and check date are shown on the profile.
  • Vendor statement: information the vendor declared in its submission form.
  • Verified by WMSTurkiye: information verified through a demo or a reference call.

We never list a capability that is not stated in a source. A capability missing from a profile does not mean it is unavailable; it means we could not find it in public sources.

4. For vendors

  • Applying to the directory is free. An application is not a promise of publication.
  • Vendors can update their details or request corrections through the submission form.
  • Any paid services we may offer later (for example an extended profile) do not buy finder results or a publication / prominence decision.
  • A vendor may ask for its product to be removed entirely from the directory and the vendor record on WMSTurkiye.com, if it proves it is authorised to speak for that WMS. Details: listing agreement §4.

5. Directory publication decisions

The directory and comparisons cover an editorially selected set of products; they are not an exhaustive list of every WMS on the market. An application does not guarantee publication.

The editorial team and platform administrators consider the sufficiency and currency of sources, warehouse management scope, information about availability in Turkey, field experience and usefulness to readers. Based on their views and publishing priorities, they may leave a solution out of the directory or particular analyses, defer a review or remove an existing listing.

Being listed is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a “best of” mark. Not being listed is not a claim that the product is fake, unlawful or of poor quality. It only means it was not published at that time.

Content coverage and presentation may change over time. Editorial selections are explained through stated product features and the use case being discussed; unverified capabilities and uncalculated scores are not used. Products outside the directory's scope do not appear in finder results.

Readers and vendors can submit corrections with supporting sources. New information may lead to a publication decision being reconsidered; a review does not promise publication.

6. User data and sharing with vendors

A user's requirements or short-list are shared only with the user's explicit consent, and only with the vendors the user chooses. Without consent, no personal or company information is passed to any vendor.

7. Errors and corrections

If you see an error in any content or profile, write to info@wmsturkiye.com. Requests are reviewed; when a correction is made, the check date on the profile is updated.

8. Academic contributions

Research into Practice connects academic research with industry readers; it is not a peer-reviewed journal. Submissions undergo editorial review for relevance, references and clarity. Final text, author details and permission to publish require the author's approval before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Authors identify references, any previous publication, necessary image and text permissions, funding and commercial relationships. Published articles include author names, affiliations and references; contact email addresses are not published. Corrections can be requested at info@wmsturkiye.com. See the writing guide.

9. Technology partners

Some of our tools run on technology supplied by others. When they do, the supplier is named on the tool itself; it is never hidden. The current case: the 3D scene engine of the floor model is provided by OraxAI.

If a technology supplier is also listed in our directory — as OraxAI is — the relationship does not change its place there: directory order, finder results, comparison tables and editorial content are unaffected, and its profile follows the same sourcing and verification rules as every other. A technology partnership is not sponsored content; sponsored content is labelled separately (see section 2).
