Vendor Listing Agreement

1. Listing is free

• No payment is required to be listed, and no listing is removed for non-payment.
• A listing is created when you apply through the listing form or when we compile it from public sources. Either way the same rules apply to the profile.
• The decision to publish, delay, refuse, change presentation or unpublish rests with WMSTurkiye and is editorial. Receipt of an application is not a promise of publication. If there is no verifiable sign that the product is used for warehouse management in Turkey, or the application does not pass the assessment in the editorial policy, it may not be published. We are not obliged to give a detailed reason.

2. Verification and sources

• Every claim in a profile is tied to a public source; the source link and check date are visible on the profile.
• Capabilities not found in sources are shown as "not stated". That does not mean the capability is missing.
• Information declared by the vendor (pricing model, project duration, customer count and so on) is shown marked as a declaration; WMSTurkiye does not treat it as verified.

3. Right to correction

• Report wrong or missing information as a proposal in the vendor panel, or write to info@wmsturkiye.com with a source.
• Corrections are free and take priority. We assess sourced correction requests within a reasonable time and, if accepted, update the profile and refresh its check date.
• Panel proposals go live only after admin approval; directory data never changes without it.

4. Removing a listing and leaving the system

A WMS vendor may ask for its product to be removed entirely from the directory, the finder, comparisons and the vendor record on WMSTurkiye.com. Write to info@wmsturkiye.com. The request is reviewed as soon as possible; if authority is shown, we carry out the work.

The applicant must prove they are authorised for that WMS. A company-domain email, a circular of signatures, a power of attorney or equivalent written authority is enough. A request without that proof is not processed. The reason is simple: to stop someone else — for example a competitor — from asking for a product to be deleted in another vendor’s name.

Where information rests on public sources and has news value, we may propose correction or added context instead of removing a directory card; in that case we give our reasons in writing. Mentions in analyses and guides are not a product card; a withdrawal request does not erase them automatically.

WMSTurkiye may unpublish a listing or change its presentation if information can no longer be verified, the product is no longer offered in Turkey, statements are repeatedly misleading, this agreement is breached, or the editorial assessment in the editorial policy so requires. A reasonable explanation may be given for objective breaches; a detailed reason is not required for an editorial decision.

5. User reviews

• Reviews are published after email verification and moderation.
• Reviews are never deleted, altered or promoted in exchange for payment.
• You can report a review you believe contains a factual error, personal data or abuse, with your reasons; we tell you the moderation outcome.
• Writing reviews for your own product or a competitor, having them written, or offering incentives for reviews breaches this agreement.

6. What paid packages do and do not buy

Package scope and the request form: for vendors.

What a paid package can include: extended profile content, a sponsored case study, a sponsored webinar or report, and shortlist requests forwarded with the user's explicit consent.

What no amount of money buys:

• Priority in directory or finder results. The finder does not score; results are grouped by requirements confirmed in sources.
• An advantage on comparison pages, hiding competitors or removing unfavourable information.
• Deleting user reviews or turning them positive.
• Editorial content in analyses, guides or bulletins. Sponsored content is always labelled.

Payment does not guarantee the duration or continuation of a listing; the scope of a paid service is set in a separate written offer.

7. Forwarded requests

Shortlist and similar requests reach you only with the user's explicit consent. You may use the forwarded details solely to answer that request; you may not pass them to third parties or add them to a marketing list. If the user asks you to stop contacting them, honouring that is your responsibility. Your own legal obligations for processing personal data are reserved.

8. Use of brands and content

• Vendor names, logos and product images are used in the directory for identification only.
• By submitting text and images through the panel you confirm you have the right to publish them and grant WMSTurkiye permission to publish them in the directory.
• You may not use the WMSTurkiye name or content in a way that suggests endorsement or ranking, such as "WMSTurkiye approved" or "number one on WMSTurkiye". Linking to your profile is welcome.

9. Changes and governing law

This document may be updated; the current version is published on this page with its version number. Turkish law applies to disputes, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
