1. What the service is

WMSTurkiye is an information platform that supports the warehouse management system (WMS) selection process: the directory, finder, comparisons, calculators, guides, analyses and glossary. WMSTurkiye does not sell, licence or implement software and is not a party to any contract between you and a vendor.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation; content and tools change as we maintain and develop them.

2. Nature and limits of the content

• Directory and profile information is compiled from public sources; every page shows its source links and the date it was checked.
• A capability missing from a list does not mean it is unavailable — only that we could not find it in sources.
• Tool outputs (TCO, finder, diagnostic) are estimates based on the data you enter. They are not quotes, commitments or expert opinions. Confirm terms with the vendor in writing before buying.
• The content is not legal, financial or engineering advice.

3. Limits of liability

We take reasonable care to verify information, yet content may still be incomplete, outdated or wrong. WMSTurkiye cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from decisions based on the site. Cases where applicable law does not allow liability to be limited are reserved.

4. User contributions and reviews

• Write about your own experience; do not write under someone else's identity or on behalf of a vendor.
• Personal data (names, phone numbers, customer details), insults, discriminatory language, advertising and unverifiable claims are not published.
• Reviews pass email verification and moderation before publication. That is a commitment to pre-screening, not a guarantee of accuracy.
• By publishing a review you allow the text to be shown on the site and in site promotion. We unpublish it when you ask.
• Paid packages never delete, change or promote reviews.

5. Use that is not permitted

• Bulk scraping, copying or republishing the directory data with automated tools.
• Creating load that disrupts the service, or trying to bypass security measures.
• Filling forms with false information or submitting requests on someone else's behalf.
• Publishing our content as your own without attribution.

You may quote with attribution for research or journalism; write to us for broader permission.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, tables, tools, design) belongs to WMSTurkiye. Vendor names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used in the directory for identification only; they imply no partnership or endorsement.

7. Vendors

Listing, the right to correction and the rules for paid packages are collected in a separate document: vendor listing agreement. The directory is not an open noticeboard; publication and presentation are editorial. Details: editorial policy. A vendor that proves its authority may ask for the product to be removed from the directory and the vendor record: agreement §4.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with its version number. Turkish law applies to disputes, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
