Short answer
Among Turkish vendors that publish prices, 2026 list prices range from about TRY 39,000 to 362,000 per year for package-based subscriptions [2], while perpetual licences integrated with an ERP start at TRY 294,300 for a single-user base package [1] (all excluding VAT and indicative). These figures cover software only; implementation, integration, hardware and internal effort often take as much of the budget as the licence, or more.
Most of the market does not publish prices. The figures here are not a market average; they are only the list prices cited. Actual quotes vary with scope, user numbers and discounts.
Published list prices
| Product / package | Model | Published price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo WMS — base package (1 user) | Perpetual licence | 294.300 ₺ | [1] |
| Logo WMS — +10 user add-on | Perpetual licence | TRY 284,800 (with valid LEM) / 313,300 (without LEM) | [1] |
| Logo WMS Platform — base package (1 user) | Perpetual licence | 777.400 ₺ | [1] |
| Logo WMS Platform — +10 user add-on | Perpetual licence | TRY 1,062,600 (with valid LEM) / 1,168,900 (without LEM) | [1] |
| Logo WMS / WMS Platform — maintenance (LEM) | Annual | 13% of the licence price; first year free on new base-package purchases | [1] |
| Logo WMS — rental, per user | Annual rental | TRY 38,900 / year | [1] |
| Logo WMS Platform — rental, per user | Annual rental | TRY 64,400 / year | [1] |
| Trbarkod Start / Standard / Professional / Enterprise WMS | Annual package | TRY 39,000 / 89,000 / 157,000 / 362,000 per year | [2] |
| Pixa Advanced (package including warehouse management) | Annual package + monthly band fee above included volume | TRY 162,000 / year; no extra band fee for 0–10,000 monthly orders | [3] |
Logo and Trbarkod prices exclude VAT [1][2]. Pixa's pricing page does not specify VAT treatment [3].
- Logo's list is published as “recommended and non-binding”; LEM (Logo Enterprise Membership) is an annual subscription giving updates and special prices on add-ons. The database licence and partners' implementation, training and customisation services are not included [1].
- Logo WMS vs WMS Platform: Logo WMS is described as a “plug-and-play package without customisation”, while WMS Platform is a “customisable” solution configured to need and also works with non-Logo ERPs [1].
- Trbarkod publishes its prices excluding VAT and as indicative, noting that the final quote depends on users, warehouse layout, modules, integration, hardware and implementation services [2].
- Pixa's price consists of a fixed annual package fee, an order-band fee and add-on module / integration fees. Advanced has no extra band fee for 0–10,000 monthly orders; higher volumes incur a band fee, with enterprise pricing above 30,000 monthly orders [3].
What makes up the total cost
| Item | What it covers | Ask the vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Licence / subscription | Right to use; priced by user, site, module or order volume | What is the licence unit? What happens on overage? |
| Maintenance / updates | Annual maintenance for perpetual licences (e.g. 13% of licence at Logo [1]) | Rate, increase method and what happens if you stop |
| Implementation and consulting | Analysis, configuration, testing, go-live support | Number of days and day rate; fixed price or time and materials? |
| Integration | ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, carriers, e-waybill | Is development on the ERP side included? |
| Customisation / development | Non-standard processes, custom reports | Is it preserved on upgrades? |
| Infrastructure | Servers, database licence, backups (on-premise) or hosting (cloud) | Is the database licence included? (Not at Logo [1]) |
| Hardware | Handhelds, label printers, Wi-Fi coverage, location labels | Recommended devices and supported versions |
| Training and internal effort | Key users, operator training, the project team's time | Person-days expected from you |
Worked example: an 11-user perpetual licence
Using list prices only, let us estimate the 5-year software cost. Assumptions: Logo WMS, single-user base package + 10-user add-on (price with valid LEM), LEM at 13% of the licence total, first year free, prices held flat for 5 years [1].
| Item | Calculation | Amount (excl. VAT) |
|---|---|---|
| Licence | 294.300 + 284.800 | 579.100 ₺ |
| Annual LEM (years 2–5) | 579.100 × 13% | ≈ TRY 75,283 / year |
| 5-year software total | 579.100 + 4 × 75.283 | ≈ TRY 880,232 |
This excludes the partner's implementation and training services, the database licence, integration development, handhelds and internal project effort. For comparison, in the annual-package model the 5-year list cost of Trbarkod's Professional package is 5 × 157,000 = TRY 785,000 assuming no price increases [2]. The two figures do not represent the same scope; do not compare them before aligning scope through an RFP.
You can model your own scenario, including services, hardware and benefits, with two options side by side in the ROI / TCO calculator.
What drives the price?
- Number and type of users: handheld and desktop users may be counted separately; at Logo, WMS users are independent of ERP users [1].
- Scope and modules: modules such as production, 3PL billing and automation integration are charged separately.
- Customisation needs: the price gap between plug-and-play packages and customisable platforms is significant (e.g. the Logo WMS and WMS Platform base packages [1]).
- Order volume: some cloud solutions charge in volume bands [3].
- Number of integrations: each additional ERP, marketplace or carrier link means development and maintenance.
When preparing the budget
- Ask vendors to fill in the same commercial table: the 5-year breakdown in the RFP template is designed for this.
- Ask for service days and day rates separately; get the scope of “implementation included” in writing.
- Write the annual increase method and cap into the contract; inflation for TRY prices and exchange rates for foreign-currency prices can change the 5-year total materially.
- When choosing between perpetual and subscription, look at the 5-year total and the cash-flow profile together.
Vendors that do not publish prices can declare their pricing model and price range through the directory listing form; declarations with publication consent are shown on directory profiles as “vendor statements”. This analysis is updated as new sources are added.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a WMS cost?
A single figure would be misleading; cost varies with user count, number of sites, deployment model and the depth of customisation. The right question is not “what is the price?” but “what is the three-year total cost of ownership?”: licence or subscription, implementation, hardware, training, annual maintenance and customisation combined.
Which cost item is most often missed in proposals?
Hardware and implementation. Handhelds, label printers, wireless network improvements and on-site training are usually separate line items or missing altogether. Second comes the annual maintenance escalation: discounted in year one, contractual thereafter.
Is a cloud subscription always cheaper?
Up front yes, over three to five years usually not. A subscription lowers the initial investment but never stops; on-premise has a high upfront cost and lower annual maintenance. Compare them over the same period.
