Writing Guide for Academic Contributors
Explain a problem, share the findings and show how they can be used in practice.
Scope and length
Warehouse management, WMS, inventory, logistics and supply chains. Suggested length: 800–1,500 words in clear Turkish or English. Send a Word document or an accessible document link.
Suggested structure
A descriptive title and 80–120 word summary; problem and context; method or findings; practical recommendations; limitations and references. Finish with three concrete takeaways.
Author details
Name, title, university / department and a 2–3 sentence biography. An ORCID or academic profile link is optional. Identify co-authors, their contributions and their approval.
References and evidence
Support claims with relevant references, including DOIs or accessible links. State measurement periods, sample sizes and assumptions. Distinguish research results from personal interpretation.
Permissions and transparency
Do not share confidential company or personal data. Identify permissions for images and reused text. Disclose previous publications, commercial relationships, funding and any AI assistance.
Review and final approval
The editor reviews relevance, sources and clarity. Final text and publication permission are approved by the author by email. Submission does not guarantee publication. Send corrections to the same address.
